Sanctuary Student Athlete Development

Last Updated: September 6, 2026

1. PURPOSE OF SANCTUARY SERVICES

Sanctuary provides student-athlete development services and education that may include:

• Athletic performance and physical preparation.

• Strength and conditioning education and coaching.

• Recruiting readiness and recruiting-process education.

• Student-athlete organization and preparation.

• General sports-nutrition education.

• Mentorship and student-athlete development guidance.

• Readiness assessments and development recommendations.

The objective is to help athletes and families better understand the different areas that can influence student-athlete development and identify areas that may deserve additional attention.

2. READINESS ASSESSMENT

The Sanctuary Student-Athlete Readiness Assessment is an educational and developmental evaluation tool.

It is designed to help organize information, identify potential strengths and gaps, and establish development priorities.

The assessment:

• Is not a medical evaluation.

• Is not a psychological evaluation.

• Is not a diagnostic tool.

• Is not an NCAA eligibility determination.

• Is not an admissions evaluation.

• Is not a guarantee of recruiting interest or athletic opportunity.

Assessment results reflect the information made available to Sanctuary and professional judgment within the scope of the services provided.

Athletes and families are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

3. NO RECRUITING GUARANTEES

College recruiting is influenced by numerous factors outside Sanctuary’s control, including athletic ability, academic eligibility, roster needs, coaching decisions, institutional priorities, timing, competition level, scholarship availability, admissions decisions, injuries, and other circumstances.

Sanctuary does not guarantee:

• Scholarship offers.

• College admission.

• Roster positions.

• Recruiting attention.

• Communication from coaches.

• Campus visits.

• Offers or commitments.

• Playing time.

• Advancement to collegiate or professional athletics.

Sanctuary’s role is to help athletes become better informed, organized, prepared, and capable of navigating opportunities that may arise.

The goal is not to manufacture interest. It is to help the athlete be prepared when genuine opportunities develop.

4. NCAA, SCHOOL, AND ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION

Sanctuary may provide general educational information concerning recruiting timelines, NCAA-related awareness, academics, eligibility preparation, coach communication, or similar subjects.

Rules and requirements may change and can vary among organizations, schools, divisions, conferences, associations, and governing bodies.

Athletes and families remain responsible for confirming current requirements directly with the applicable school, governing organization, academic counselor, compliance office, admissions office, coach, or other authorized source.

Sanctuary does not serve as an NCAA compliance office, school counselor, admissions representative, agent, or attorney.

5. ATHLETIC TRAINING AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Physical training and athletic participation involve inherent risks.

These may include soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, aggravation of existing conditions, and other injuries.

Athletes are responsible for communicating injuries, pain, restrictions, medical conditions, or other circumstances that may affect participation.

When appropriate, Sanctuary may recommend that an athlete obtain clearance or evaluation from a physician, physical therapist, athletic trainer, Registered Dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Sanctuary services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional medical advice.

Specific in-person coaching or training services may also require a separate participation agreement, informed-consent document, liability waiver, or service agreement.

6. SPORTS NUTRITION EDUCATION

Sports-nutrition information provided by Sanctuary is general educational information intended to help athletes better understand subjects such as:

• Fueling.

• Hydration.

• Recovery.

• Meal and snack timing.

• General macronutrient concepts.

• Supplement awareness.

• Credible nutrition-information sources.

Sanctuary does not provide medical nutrition therapy, diagnose nutrition-related medical conditions, prescribe therapeutic diets, or treat eating disorders or other medical conditions through its general sports-nutrition education services.

Athletes requiring individualized medical nutrition therapy, treatment of a medical condition, eating-disorder care, therapeutic dietary intervention, or other services outside Sanctuary’s scope should work with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, including a Registered Dietitian when indicated.

Supplement information is educational only. Athletes and families are responsible for evaluating safety, governing-body requirements, medication interactions, third-party certification, and professional medical advice before using supplements.

7. MENTORSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE

Mentorship provided by Sanctuary is intended to offer perspective, organization, accountability, and student-athlete development guidance.

Mentorship is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, crisis counseling, legal advice, academic counseling, or medical care.

When a concern exceeds the appropriate scope of mentorship, Sanctuary may encourage the athlete or family to seek assistance from a qualified professional.

8. PARENT AND GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT

Because Sanctuary serves student-athletes who may be minors, parent or legal-guardian participation may be required for certain assessments, services, agreements, communications, or decisions.

A minor should not enter into a paid service arrangement independently when parental or guardian authorization is required.

Sanctuary encourages open communication among athletes, parents or guardians, coaches, schools, and qualified professionals when appropriate.

9. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS

Users agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Recommendations may be affected when important information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or withheld.

Users should not submit information belonging to another individual without appropriate authorization.

10. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Any examples, testimonials, athlete experiences, or results presented by Sanctuary represent individual experiences.

They do not guarantee that another athlete will achieve the same or similar result.

Athlete development and recruiting outcomes vary considerably between individuals.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INFORMATION

Sanctuary may refer users to or provide information about third-party professionals, organizations, colleges, recruiting resources, training facilities, healthcare providers, or other services.

A referral or mention does not constitute a guarantee of the quality, suitability, availability, or outcome of a third-party service.

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating third-party providers and opportunities.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original Sanctuary assessments, written materials, educational resources, graphics, branding, reports, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Sanctuary Student Athlete Development.

Content may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, republished, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

Materials provided to an athlete or family for personal use may be used for their own development and planning.

13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

Sanctuary makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information.

However, website content may contain errors, become outdated, or require revision.

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove website content or services when appropriate.

14. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sanctuary is not responsible for decisions or outcomes controlled by athletes, families, coaches, schools, colleges, governing organizations, healthcare professionals, third-party service providers, or other outside parties.

Athletes and families remain responsible for their own educational, athletic, medical, financial, and recruiting decisions.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a particular athletic, recruiting, academic, medical, or financial outcome.

15. SEPARATE SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Paid coaching, consulting, assessment, or training services may be subject to additional written agreements, policies, informed-consent documents, waivers, or service terms.

Where a separately signed agreement governs a particular service, that agreement may contain additional or more specific provisions applicable to that service.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Sanctuary may update these Terms as its services or practices change.

The most current version will be posted on the website along with the date of revision.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website Terms.
